Mgr. Joanna Stevenson
At Reha Migrena, we have created a space for people suffering from chronic migraines and headaches. Here you can comfortably share your story and your symptoms will not be ignored. You will meet with understanding and professional care.
If you feel that the current therapeutic methods have not provided you with sufficient relief from migraines and you are still looking for understanding and effective help you are in the right place! Since 2018 I have been exclusively helping people with cervicogenic migraines and headaches. I gained my experience in Canada and Australia where I trained in innovative methods of treating cervical migraines. I am the only person in Poland who has been trained
in the Watson Headache® Approach which allows for a precise diagnostic of the cervical spine which is responsible for 90% of headaches.
My experience has helped hundreds of people take control of their headaches and find answers that they were looking for. In addition to "hands-on" approach I also select a safe
individual exercise program based on functional training of the entire body. It is a very effective and holistic approach for anyone who wants an effective recovery.
In my practice I focus primarily on the person as an individual and at all costs I try to get to the root of the disease. An integral part of my practice is influencing the emotional aspect of a person which can also cause pain and misalignment.
My mission
To help as many people as possible get control of headaches, migraines, neck and jaw pain, and to improve overall health, well-being and quality of life.
Joanna can help you with
headaches and migraines
vertigo of cervical origin
pain and dysfunction of the temporomandibular joint

We look at the body as a holistic unit. This means that all of our segments and systems are interconnected by fascia. By getting to know our patients more closely, we can identify which primary injuries may have contributed to pain syndromes and restrictions in the body. By following the fascial pathways, we can interact globally with our system, lessen symptoms and stimulate tissues for recovery.
